Can I still cancel my order?

After placing an order that has a delivery time of 1-3 days, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

If you have ordered a product with a delivery time of 1-2 weeks and you want to cancel it, please contact customer service as soon as possible via info@epocraft.nl

Can I still change the order?

It is not possible to change an order after payment has been completed.

The shipping address is incorrect! Can I still change it?

If the order does not yet have the status "Sent" it is possible to change the delivery address. You can do this by contacting info@epocraft.nl.

Does Epocraft offer free shipping?

Epocraft offers free shipping on orders over €150.

Which delivery services deliver my order?

We work together with PostNL to deliver our orders.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship orders placed on weekdays before 18:00 the next day. We usually have a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.

Is it possible to return an order?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us in its original condition.

Can I pick up my order?

Picking up an order is only possible after making an appointment. Making an appointment is possible on Fridays between 08:00 and 18:00.

What payment options are there?

Payment is possible with the usual payment providers: Ideal, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.

Do you have discount codes?

We currently have no current discount codes/promotions.

How quickly will my money be transferred after returning an item?

After receiving a return, we will first assess the status of the product. After approving the return, you will receive your money within 14 working days.

What battery should I use in the wall clock?

The clocks require a AAA battery to function. Batteries are not included as standard.

How do I mount the clock hands?

The clock hands are easy to install by following these steps:

Place the clockwork on the back of the clock and clamp it in place by placing the nut on the front of the clock and tightening it.

Then place the second hand, minute hand, hour hand and clamp the whole thing in place by pressing the end cap onto the stack.

Can the serving board be put in the dishwasher?

The serving boards are not dishwasher safe and by cleaning the serving board in the dishwasher we are not responsible for damage or deformation.

Can I also use the serving board for cutting?

It is not possible to use the serving board (with epoxy) as a cutting board. The epoxy used is food safe but by cutting a lot on the serving boards it is possible that pieces of epoxy come loose and end up in the body.

The serving boards without epoxy can be used as cutting boards.
